A small paycheck - if you are the operations manager for the Machining division, you'll see what I mean, when I say run. You are not the only one who experienced what you are going to experience. They are out of the twilight zone.
Cons
Hostile Work environment, Sabotage of Work, Horrible Scheduling, Company that is not educated enough to balance capacity and resources with the demand being placed upon it by Cummins. Expect a lot of overtime, weekends, and layoffs.
