I’ve had a really positive experience at Waracle. From day one, the onboarding was very welcoming and it didn't take long at all to feel like part of the team. The best thing about the company is definitely the people. Everyone is talented and good at what they do, but there are no egos — people are approachable and collaborative. The new office spaces opened up recently have been a great touchpoint for this also. Communication is also a massive plus. Management does a great job keeping everyone in the loop through different internal channels. Waracle is going through a growth period at the moment and it genuinely feels like everyone is sharing in that success together.
