Well, this list can go on and on and still won't finish. The worst experience any student or developer can have, been there for almost 2 years being a college student after attending college went straight to work there starting from a small room and bunch of people this company was started. Been part of the so-called CORE TEAM we weren't officially part of the company nor we were registered as founding members. All the things that were told were nothing but SUGAR COATED LIES starting from the company is funded by Google and we all will receive google certifications to many more. Now, after 2 years of our hard work working for almost 10+ hrs a day company's office was opened at well-known place but when asked all the credit goes to Mr. CEO and we were nullified. The total earnings I made were only 4000 and this too after a long discussion. We (CORE members) were only there to work...work...and work nothing else, there was no fixed pattern that was followed every day new changes arrives and we have to recode the business logic all while learning by ourselves. But it was presented that Mr. CEO has trained us but in reality, all the things we learned were all by ourselves we were just mere puppets who were assigned tasks and asked to work on them. After realizing our situation we decided to stand up against it and demanded our right in the company but we were simply denied after which we decided to take some share in company's profit and after many discussions, we agreed to such small percent and the time to get the paperwork Mr. CEO took 5 months, Yes 5 months just for some small paper which can be done in a week. That's it that was the wake-up call for every one of the team members and we decided to leave the company. To date, I haven't received any compensation for our work, no appointment letter, no LOR anything. So my final words would be to never join even as an intern.
