Pros
A good place to start out your career. On paper a lot of variability and a very broad range of expertise. Salary is negotiated with CEO and if you have a strong negotiating position, you can get a very competitive salary. Nice people.
Cons
While job rotation is advertised, actually switching projects is really hard and sometimes simply not granted even after years of asking. The organization is quite flat so there is little to none potential for career growth. While there seems to be a genuine effort to increase wellbeing and have good benefits, the effort and willingness seem to flatline when there would be a cost to the company due to a benefit.
