Pros
This company has been growing very fast and has some incredibly passionate people at its core. The management team is dedicated to doing what it takes to continue the growth story. Employees are tasked to work extremely hard and hustle. In turn, they are given the freedom to present ideas and think freely in all meetings. The executive team is always willing to hear an idea and there are no walls or doors in the office environment. No cubes either. It's been a pleasure seeing this company grow against the odds and receive national attention as a fashion company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Cons
Unlike more traditional (and larger) companies, company culture is not a focus. Employees are tasked to create their own internal (department) cultural activities that help create culture. I suspect as the company grows, a more structured culture committee will help enforce culture. Management team can be a little unorthodox and appear to be unstructured. This can be great for some employees but not for others.
