The problem with this company is the human ressources and the owner. They will give you a brainwash speech about the company values, but from my experience... these values seems to only apply to employes and not the management level. The human ressources people were dishonest sharks, they are not there to help you out. They treat you as inferior beings and you must obey... if you dont, they will treat you to immediately obey or they will fire you... and they will do it faster then you think. It doesnt matter that you love your job, that you are highly competent and are a strong team player and you help the company moving forward... these are not taken into account... what matters... is that you obey... I saw great, qualified people there being fired... because they are great at what they do... but they dont like being disrespected and receiving treats... the human ressources and the owner cultivate an hypocrite manipulative culture... just stay away from them... you can find a better place to work...
