- A complete lack of direction and communication from upper management, which created a toxic work environment and resulted in decreased employee morale and productivity. - The company failed to take any meaningful action to address these problems. Instead, management continued to make poor decisions that negatively impacted the company's reputation and its employees. - Poor Teamwork and Lack of Experience. - Despite efforts to contribute to the company and offer new perspectives, colleagues were uncooperative and unwilling to consider ideas. They pretended to listen to suggestions, but in reality they ignored them and continued to do things their own way, which resulted in a lack of progress and frustration. - Despite attempts to offer expertise and guidance, the employees were resistant to feedback and did not work together effectively. This resulted in missed deadlines, poor communication, and ultimately a negative impact on the company's overall success. - Although the people there were intelligent, they lacked experience working in teams and software companies, which created a frustrating and unproductive work environment. - They are always promising people with grand promises and they never keep them. - No transparency from the management. - No career path, and when they promote they just choose who has the loud voice and always choose wrong people for the leading positions. - Spending too much time in useless discussions without effective actions. Overall, I would not recommend this company as a workplace due to its uncooperative and inflexible culture. If you are considering employment at this company, I encourage you to carefully consider how important it is to you to work in a collaborative and open-minded environment.
