      The company is described as fast-paced and evolving, which might appeal to those who thrive in challenging, changing settings and want to work on diverse projects in real estate development, construction, and property management.

      Cons

      As a staff accountant at Wan Bridge, I had an extremely negative experience due to several critical issues. The upper management was poor, often resorting to yelling, which felt like harassment and created a toxic work environment. Employees were treated unfairly, and there was a high turnover rate, likely due to the overwhelming workload, lack of work-life balance, and low pay. Overall, it was the worst company I’ve ever worked for, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

      We are working on keeping up with our rapid growth, but I have great support.

      Pros

      Nice homes and easy to lease them.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. HR is way too involved in every aspect of the business and does not provide a level playing field for team members. Micro-managing does not begin to describe the level you receive. KPI bonus is not fairly based.
