They provided a paycheck and some benefits. They are in a nice location in the Temecula Valley and hold occasional breakfasts.
Cons
As we employees, both current and former try to honestly review our time at WALZ, again we are met with resistance and denial from upper management and Rod himself! Right on this forum! Instead of seeing the overwhelming commonality of the reviews and learning from them, Rod chooses to be like every other executive in this down economy and continue to blame the employees for all of their unhappiness. The management here is rotten, and judging from the review it starts at the top.
