Walton cares about your first impression with their company, making their training experience top notch. I felt truly cared for through training and got to meet many other leasing consultants and managers - all who were helpful and supportive.

The pay was on the lower end of the offers I had received. However, the strong communication and culture at Walton exceeded other the other jobs I had interviewed for.
