Without the mandatory overtime the Pay scale is horrible The micromanagement is horrible it’s a bunch of ppl who couldn’t cut it or never tried to move up micromanaging you If you do work 10 hr days you still don’t receive a break until 5 hrs later the Vice President is horrible he talks down to people the only time you’ll be approached by him will be a negative situation
