It has been about three months since the company has shifted its thoughts on how to treat employees with their pay, time, and contribution to the job. Fear-driven emails are sent weekly, by someone we hardly ever see, about performance and how things should be done. Each week almost contradicts what was emailed before and has created a toxic and volatile workplace. Constantly feels like walking on eggshells to know if what is being done is wrong now. New processes have been rolled out without guidance or input. When questions are brought up to understand reasons for drastic changes, they are shot down.
