      Great coworkers, but poor management and no time off - Facilities Supervisor Walters Hospitality Employee Review

      Pros

      Can't think of anything that's positive on company, I've never had any positive, the only thing I can say is My coworkers are great and other then that nothing.

      Cons

      Unlimited Over Time is not true, They will not give you any time off, Management has no clue of how to manage employees and are out of there mind.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

      Cons

      Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
