Zero training, lots of turn over, unprofessional environment, mean co workers. Then they fire you over email with no explanation.

Culture took a complete nosedive in the last year. Management will dangle carrots to get everything out of you and give nothing in return. No raises last year but was told sometime in 2026 it would happen. When this was brought up by the leadership team in 2026 they said compensation was a "hard" thing to address, but they acquired more venues and will do team building activities like take the teams to MLB games.
