The management is super sketchy. They don't follow through on promises, constantly add work outside job duties, and then try to make you feel like you aren't team player if you push back or even question the rationale. They also use personal details to determine compensation, don't promote women, and raises are few and far between even with undermarket starting salaries. Avoid if you like boundaries or want to be valued for your work.
