Low pay and no raise for many years to come! - Employee Walsworth Employee Review

Pros

Stay few months to get some experience, then move on for a better salary. Benefits are fine, but unfortunately that's not enough to stay.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to other law firms in Orange County. Don't expect any fairness and be ready to be micro-managed by office management. Expect lots of work, low salary, no raise for many years and very small year-end bonuses, hence the high turnover among staff members.

Pros

Partners provide valuable feedback and advice, are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. Attorneys are given the opportunity to handle cases on their own. The firm cares about each individual's success. Everyone from the top down will make time to assist with anything you need. Collaborative, supportive environment. Remote work or go into the office if you choose. Everyone in the IT Dept is outstanding In house MCLE's which are consistently very helpful Flexibility with managing time provided the work gets done and billables are met

Cons

Because it is remote for the most part, it can be hard to get to know colleagues but fun events are planned throughout the year for everyone at the firm
