Pros
As a yearbook sales rep, you do not go to an office every single day like a typical 9-5 which can seem a bit intimidating to some. However, the company provides an amazing training program that builds up your confidence and gets you ready for what is expected of you in the field. Training is a lot of work and takes a lot of effort, but was well worth it in the end. In my experience, I learned so much about the company and its values as well as trained one on one with various training managers. Walsworth is truly an amazing company who believes in their employers.
Cons
I would not suggest this position to someone who is not self-motivated and/or lacks resiliency. You have to work hard to be successful, which is not necessarily a negative thing but it may be to some. Interview process seems long, but is well worth it.
