Happy it is over - Anonymous employee Walsh Integrated Employee Review

excellent team could not ask for better people to work with. I had to leave because of personal reasons but things are really improving there. Summer was a bit all over the place but due to some employee engagement activities and workshops, things are much smoother now. It's a happy place. If you're into technology and trying out things that big companies are afraid to try, you should work here. The development team is a good group, mostly senior and all super intelligent.

As I mentioned above, last summer there were some management shifts and headaches but things seem to be smooth now because of these workshops (specifically going for breakfast with human resources and checking in. That was extremely valuable and thoughtful). I'm sorry to have to leave a great team and super interesting tech, but as I said I had some personal things to take care of.

-Walsh offers a tight-knit working environment, I've found that all employees are very personable and close to each other, this has allowed effective communication. No one is scared to ask for guidance. -Employees are very personable. -Everyone has a say, no matter who you are or what your title is...you are listened to and valued. -Employees and bosses are very open minded, ex: Dogs allowed in the office -Serious environment but can be a lot of fun with many team get-togethers, chats, and other activities. -Business is always evolving

-Walsh is not for you if you are someone who simply wants to do their work and go home, as mentioned the people here are close. -Not for you if you're looking to work in a large environment or somewhere you have may superiors. -May not be for you if you are not independent and decisive.
