Fast paced and many learning opportunities. Opportunities to work with upper management and you feel like you are a part of a team working for a common goal.
Cons
Currently I have nothing bad to say. But if you are not prepared for constant change and improvement, this place may not be for you.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience as a Walser employee! We're glad to hear you enjoy our fast-paced work environment and we appreciate your feedback!
My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!
Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.
Cons
Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
