Pros

I have cherished my time as a member of the Walser team since the day I joined. The welcoming and inclusive atmosphere created by everyone has made this journey exceptionally enjoyable. Walser is an incredibly progressive company welcoming people from all walks of life and I am so happy to say I was a part of it. Working at Walser has proven to be very fulfilling, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The connections I've made with my colleagues have been truly wonderful - Saying goodbye is definitely the most challenging part of this job. I had such an incredible time at Walser and have learned many things that will come handy later in life. I want to say thank you to Walser and everyone who was a part of my experience. It's not a goodbye - it's a see you later! Thank you so much!

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
