      Pros

      Worked in Wichita and loved my team I got to work with. Very fair and pay plan is good. Upper management really cares and operates with integrity.

      Cons

      I'm sure I could come up with some cons if I tried, but to be honest it would be nothing you would not have heard before from just average work environment. There will always be things I find in a job I don't like, after leaving the company, all I really remember is the people I got to work with and how cool they where. If you have the opportunity to work here, take it.

      My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

      Pros

      Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

      Cons

      Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
