Pros

Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

This review is in regards to the management at FUSE, LLC based in Denver, CO a sub-company of Walser. The CTO Michael Stanton has no experience managing a development team nor does he have the expertise to do the work himself. Michael is only interested in advancing his status by other people's hard work without producing anything of substance himself. When something goes wrong due to his interference, he takes no responsibility. He is a narrow, short-sided man who blames his problems not on his own misguidance but on the team. His “technical-jargon" has no substance if you are an actual software engineer. He is a classic micro-manager and extremely passive aggressive. Michael Stanton lacks the interpersonal and technical skills required to manage a software enterprise of this scale.

Pros

My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

Cons

No cons come to mind.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
