Thank you for contacting us. We’re sorry to know these sentiments were a part of your experience or perception in any way. As a company, we strive for ultimate inclusion and belonging in and out of our four company walls. It’s why we’ve launched Employee Resource Groups like Women of Walser and Drive With Pride. The conversation on race education and equality is important to us, and we’ll continue to dedicate resources to it; Walser will be launching a digital resource library for employees on race education in 2021. We always appreciate the opportunity to address all reviews made in Glassdoor directly and in person—the door is always open for a two-way conversation. Please feel free to contact our Chief Human Resources Officer Sherry Schultz at sschultz@walser.com any time. Thank you.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
