      A great learning atmosphere with tons of growth opportunity. Walser works hard to hear what is important to their employees and their customers. They are open to change and are constantly evolving and changing to get better. They invest greatly in personal and professional teaing for their employees.

      If you do not like change this may not be for you.

      My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

      Pros

      Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

      Cons

      Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
