Pros

They are hiring ? But taking advantage of low wages. 1 price theme can make for some good consumer deals. They seem to take ok care of customers.

Cons

. The Walmart of the Automotive Business. Hire cheap with less benefits and make more profit. The high emplooyee turn over is confusing for many customers when they return for service and the customer service employee is no longer employed at Walser. If you like Best Buy or Enterprise Rental a Car you will feel right at home. Might be a great place to get some training and move along as soon as possible.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
