Pros

Friendly co workers and training is spectacular. Large group of dealerships allows for the ability to sell nearly all brands.

Cons

Pay is below average, and is often frowned upon to use your PTO that you earn. Since most sales positions are hourly they limit your time to reduce overtime pay

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
