They are swindlers and manipulators. I have not received the money for November and December and they asked us to work overtime, which was not paid. I have demanded my payment in different ways and I have had no response from them, they come out with many excuses and the communication is horrible. I believed in the CEO, he told us the idea and everything seemed great until little by little the trust and vision of the company was lost. Many people trusted him but it was all a fraud.

My experience with this company has been quite disappointing and frustrating. Since November, I still have not received my salary and every time I ask, I receive empty excuses and no tangible solution. The payment process is chaotic and it seems that the company has no real concern for resolving this problem. It is incredibly irresponsible and has caused me great financial stress as I have had to deal with unforeseen expenses and financial commitments without the money owed to me. In addition to this, communication within the company is poor and expectations are unclear, which has led to misunderstandings and mistakes. I have also noticed a lack of transparency in decision making and a lack of support for employees, which has led to an uncooperative and demotivating work environment. Overall, I would not recommend working for this company due to their lack of responsibility in the payment of wages and their lack of ethics in business management. The lack of respect and consideration for their employees is unacceptable. I suggest you look for other job options where employees are valued and respected and financial obligations are met.
