The workers are extremely friendly for the most part and the residents are always amazing; they have their off days, but the workers keep them healthy, content, and safe.
Cons
They made the scheduling really confusing when I had started picking up shifts in the cafeteria and I missed 2 days of pay because of that. About 3 of the workers, seem to not know how to handle the residents when they aren't cooperating.

Pros
residents are awesome. You get really attached. You become their family. Usually work with your schedule.
Cons
you work will all females, so there's tons of drama. Continuously changing/adding new rules or procedures. Long hours/ sometimes you get down staffed when you need the money. Co workers aren't friendly.Absolutely NO incentives. They used to offer bonuses when we got called in or if we picked up a shift. Not anymore. Owners are greedy when it comes to money. Supplies are cheap that we have to use for residents. Families can be very demanding and rude at times.
