Poor Management - Colorist/Designer Wallquest Employee Review

Very poorly managed, there is a huge lack of communication. The company takes full advantage of designers and their lack of options in the job market. Extremely low and insulting starting salary. Graduates and undergraduates are paid the same. Sexist undertones. Designs are rushed and quality is some times forgotten. The company has so much potential for being a great place to work but they need to completely rethink their management strategy. Virtually no human resources department. Everyone starts in a "temporary" or "trial" position. This three month period will be extended in order to exploit someone for labor and then fire he or she without a legitimate reason.
