Business outlook
Pros
breakfast and lunch provided, casual dress code makes for comfortable working and the nature of the business means for pleasant interaction with clients. there is a "family feel" between the staff as the company is fairly small and many have worked there for long periods of time, this can be attractive to new employees although it can also feel cliquey and unsupportive.
Cons
Three tier interview process with assistant manager, centre manager and then managing directors Very poor communication during probation period - management are junior in experience at best Poor training set up - I had assistant manager and first time trainer who lacked empathy and patience and most basic inter personal skills
