friendly people to work with. fairly flexible with employees' needs. decent pay given Stuart is a smaller community (vs. West Palm and South FL)
Cons
company seems more focused on the front end: sales. back end starves for support: equipment, training, pay for profitable productive employees. no real investment to build the business. feels like a bleeding entity with one goal from upper mgmt: take as much as possible at no/little cost.
