Thank you for the review. I love this comment. We get it, change is hard. Life and business is full of full of change and how we embrace change or fight change is critical for survival. We embrace change at Wall-tech and even prefer to lead change if we can. We are definitely not perfect. Sometimes we don't get it right on the first try. Sometimes, we need to modify the plan and continue with the change initiative. However, sometimes we try and by trying we learn something more about it that causes us to pause and question the change. Through change (whether failed change or successful change) we are still learning, growing, and getting better. We are not standing still waiting for the bus. Are we invested in the change for change sake, or really trying to make an improvement to become better? One of our core values is "true grit" where we meet challenges with hard work, determination and perseverance. We look for strong people that are proactive and take initiative. High expectations should not be a negative. They come with guidance, support, training, and yes kindness! However, without individual grit and determination, it may appear very different.
