Pros
-Fun industry to be in. Everyone loves to travel, and speaking daily about these beautiful landmarks, sites, tourist locations, etc. is refreshing.
-Ability to be a part of something larger. It's not often that you are able to come into a position and eventually contribute to it's success with your own ideas, suggestions, etc. Every voice is heard, but you have to be motivated to share.
-Opportunity to travel. Not every position is going to be able to travel to the different locations, but the company definitely puts it's money where it's mouth is, by sending employees to the different markets to learn about the products we offer. Allows us to improve ourselves/our departments/our impact.
-Benefits (insurance and intrinsic) are great and ever-forming.
-Work/Life Balance. If people stay late and work until the "wee hours" it is because they are passionate and dedicated, and not because management expects it. Having real-life things comes up and this company has always been great at not only understanding those things, but also checking-in as if they really care!
-Engagement. It's hard to keep an international company connected, but this has been accomplished with lots of fun ways to keep up with one another, monthly meetings where all employees attend, workshops for improvement, etc.
Cons
-Small companies who are scaling up can always have hurdles, but any drawbacks are always addressed by management and there is a genuine feeling that they are constantly striving for improvement for employees.
