      Pros

      There are some really good people that work at Walker and they want to help you grow In your career. There is a family atmosphere for most of the employees.

      Cons

      Operational management on the network side. They do not take care of their guys and do not treat them as equals , they do whatever benefits themselves. There seems to be no consequences for the issues and lies they Produce. If you are not a hunting buddy you will not succeed and the central Texas market.

      Pros

      A lot of overtime (average of 56 hours a week) if you are looking to make extra money and safe work conditions for construction

      Cons

      Very big company so for beginners the learning curve may be very slow compared to working on smaller companies. Also overtime can be a con if you don’t like to work more than 40 hours.
