I strongly discourage anyone from considering employment at this place. All employees appeared considerably more positive and happier until the arrival of the new management in 2022. Unfortunately, the current management seems to have no interest in allowing people to grow professionally, despite repeatedly vowing to provide training. Over an extended period of time, I was continuously assured of receiving training, only to be bombarded with excuse after excuse. The HR department and new management are astonishingly narcissistic, feigning concern for the individuals they laid off, who were remarkably experienced and skillful individuals. However, it was evident that they displayed no empathy or genuine interest in the dedicated employees who had devoted years to their service.
