Pros
The company's employees are excellent, and certain teams are very close-knit, which enhances the remote culture. The company's support for the Latino community is outstanding. Overall the company appears stable, and working here is quite positive.
Cons
The culture is gradually eroding with the leadership transition. We are becoming an environment that prevents employees from receiving full pay increases — annual bonuses have been reduced for over two years. Because this is built into our total compensation, the company has effectively underpaid staff for two years, and leadership appears unconcerned. This is beyond concerning to me due to the fact that they don't seem to be shifting to a personal goal based structure for Annual Bonuses anytime soon, and our board seems unbothered. Work life balance depends on the team you're on. I haven no problem with mine, but I also set clear boundaries. Others are drowning in work.
