Good people, fair pay, great work life balance

Havent had any problems so far

Pay check is on time.

Inconsistent hours. Some weeks we were required to do overtime then the next week we were sent home early. They say they listen and will tell you one thing just to turn around and forget or change their mind. Ex. Said I would get a raise at 90 days and that they are always on point with doing that review. I had to ask and remind for over two weeks to get my review. Then they waited until I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave to do my review. No mention of a raise and I was tired of arguing with liars.
