Pros

Great Culture, everyone is very respectful. The lady who cleans the place to the guy who runs it. Best consulting firm in the world. Totally worth it! I'm not current employee of Walkwater, they will place you on the project if you are a good consultant. By good consultant I mean you are good at presenting yourself and your ideas. Impressing people is the best way to get a job at this place. I was average and I did pretty well. Make sure to tell them if you want LOCAL don't change your mind because they will give you local. I was placed out of state but I never stayed away from home. :( Make sure to tell them where you want to get placed, so there time is not wasted. These people are very honest and this is probably the best place to get involved with Oracle. I didn't get paid for writing this review to just to give you a heads up. Super Nice Staff.

Cons

More free food and also more coffee, also get Vanessa2 to teach Supply chain modules. The screaming really helps get the concepts all clear in the head.

Pros

- Good communication skills on the surface - Transparent about how they will “get you a job” by using fake interviews

Cons

Training is a complete joke. Not one ERP module is taught to completion. They ignore your requests — you ask for Boston, they’ll dump you anywhere. Fraud interviews: they use people with 10+ years’ experience to give interviews on your behalf. This company targets H1 Visa and Student Visa workers who are desperate to stay in the country and pressures them into going along with the scam model.
