Pros

I was a fresh grad out of college, and i tried getting a job on my own, When all else failed, i turned to Walkwater Technologies, They not only trained me in Oracle e-Business suite, but also groomed me on how to perform in interviews, the training that i went through, which was like a technology bootcamp was brilliant, the training staff was very knowledgeable, exceptional labs, the guest house facilities were ok - could have been better. Once the training completed, it was a breeze getting a job as i was groomed on what to expect in the interview calls. We went through 3 rigorous tests during the training and this not only helped my confidence, but i learnt the subject really well. It has been 2 years now and i am a very content employee and i look forward to continuing this relationship going forward

Cons

I wish we did not have to go through 6 weeks of training, i think with a streamlining the course content, it can be cut down to 4 weeks, the guest houses could be less crowded

Pros

- Good communication skills on the surface - Transparent about how they will “get you a job” by using fake interviews

Cons

Training is a complete joke. Not one ERP module is taught to completion. They ignore your requests — you ask for Boston, they’ll dump you anywhere. Fraud interviews: they use people with 10+ years’ experience to give interviews on your behalf. This company targets H1 Visa and Student Visa workers who are desperate to stay in the country and pressures them into going along with the scam model.
