This is a growing company that allows you the opportunity to advance and rewards a great work ethic. The team here is family, they will support you personally and professionally. I honestly look forward to coming to work in the morning (it is a fun atmosphere) and I have always been made to feel like an instrumental part of the team. Every person in this company is willing to stop what they are doing at a moment's notice to teach you something or help you with a project. Upper management actively encourages growth potential and they really invest in the development of the employees. You can easily determine your own path here through dedication, hard work, a positive attitude and the desire to learn. In just a few short years, I have earned multiple raises as well as promotions, and I was given an end-of-year bonus after just two months of employment.
