Pros
The CEO of Wakelight is very nice and caring. The CFO works hard to further improve the company, the Project Manager is a great manager that hears your concerns, and helps you out the best way possible. There are good benefits as well.
Cons
There isn't much of a Wakelight community at the job site. The only Wakelight employees that I interact with is the PM and my team. I don't interact with many other Wakelight employees on a day to day basis.
