Great group of people. Very friendly, open environment and everyone is enthusiastic about the high quality solutions we create.

No major cons I can think of. There did seem to be an unusually high turnover of full time employees in the recent months, but could just be a coincidence, didn't see a reason culture-wise for people to be moving to other companies.

- Good People - Flexible Hours - Casual Environment

- Poor managment - CEO doesnt follow their own policies (both as far as internal operating procedures, referred to as "Dean Specials" as well as company handbook policies, ex.: dating your direct reports) - Shifting responsibilities instead of replacing lost staff - Managment would constantly ask for feedback for new business to better improve workflows but then would brush off any suggestions actually offered.
