      Pros

      Professional company that allows you to run your own real estate business independently with very reasonable fees, and gives you the support of office staff and a managing broker who is a Virginia licensed real estate attorney. Principal Broker is highly knowledgeable about real estate laws.

      Not many cons with working here. You are responsible for your own success and business growth.
