      Pros

      Wainscot continues to be a great place of employment for me. Management has a lot of integrity, which is greatly to be admired in this day and age. The ability to be creative, launch new products, and try new things is always encouraged. I don't want to go anywhere else.

      Cons

      Could the benefits package be improved? Sure, I suppose like anywhere else.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and flexibility. Most WFH. Leadership is A1 and allows you to take the lead in your role. Self starters are encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Outsourced IT dept which is pretty standard today. Smaller staff.
