Wainscot continues to be a great place of employment for me. Management has a lot of integrity, which is greatly to be admired in this day and age. The ability to be creative, launch new products, and try new things is always encouraged. I don't want to go anywhere else.

Could the benefits package be improved? Sure, I suppose like anywhere else.

The company offers a lot of independence and seems to be about setting up people for success.

I wish they'd invest a bit more in the title I work on.
