      Pros

      The people there are really easy to get along with. The work is simple. If you already live in Sterling it's the best place I can think of.

      Cons

      A little dull sometimes. You wonder how important it is to be able to sell the exact same product in 1000 colors. The town is dull too.

      4 day work week is nice.

      Cons

      They have stripped a lot of benefits in the last few years. lost a lot of good workers and years of knowledge.
