      Pros

      The people are generally nice. It is one of the best places in the city to work. They're rapidly expanding so you have a lot of free range as an industrial engineer. They really believe in lean manufacturing. Super family friendly.

      Cons

      It's a family owned company so sometimes you need to play family politics to move up. A lot of the Global Management only have jobs because they're buddies with Mr. CEO.
