Pros
I am working with Wahl for less than a year now, but the culture and environment within the organization is really good. Management is very much supportive. Team work is promoted at Wahl. Employees at Wahl are valued and treated with equality. Flexibility is another aspect which is promoted. Managers are super supportive and provides guidance whenever necessary.
Cons
As the organization is in growth phase, employee base is limited and hence workload is little higher. But employees get an hands on experience to handle various things at a time. It is added advantage to employees as they get to learn several things.
