Pros
It's tough to think of any. I guess if you're the type of person who likes working with passive-aggressive alpha females, that could be a pro. They are really good at hospitality PR, so if that's your jam, I guess this place could be a good stepping stone to something better - IF AND ONLY IF you have no other options.
Cons
Wagstaff Worldwide is SO weird and creepy. I've never felt more uncomfortable in an office. There's a pervasive company culture of under-bus throwing. If you make a mistake, your colleagues (they love using that word) won't hesitate to call you out immediately. The office technology is so outdated, which totally make sense because everything about this company is dated. Cliques. Just... cliques. I try not to think about the time I wasted there and regret that I didn't keep my job search going instead of accepting their offer. Advice to others: There are so many amazing companies in LA (and in all of their other locations). Don't settle for something that doesn't feel right. Most of the people that work here are genuinely talented but somehow get stuck at this super depressing organization.
