      Pros

      There are no pros working here. Unless you’re illegal or you’re one of the bosses friends.

      Cons

      I had to deal with a lot of racism and same with fellow non-Hispanic employees. Management would ignore you complaints. They like guys they could underpay and not question it. Also they take advantage of their customers up charging them up saying “I know they got the money”

      Pros

      This is truly a special place to work, and I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to be employed for such a storied organization. I wake up every morning excited to come into work, which is a true testament to the people I work alongside, and the culture that has been established. I am proud to wear the Wagner logo, and look forward to being apart of this team long into the future!
